[IMail Forum] Convert POP3 to IMAP?

I'd like to convert our existing POP3 Imail server to IMAP, so:

1. Is this possible?
2. Are there special steps/considerations I should know about?
3. What about existing email accounts?
4. Would it be easier to start with a new server install?
