We are using the HKSI killer web templates. There is a section that holds a
"common address" list for the global contacts, plus you can add personal
contacts to the top of the list. The only down side is that it cannot be
edited from the web (correct?) so I have my users send me the updated text
file as an attachment (needs to be specially formatted...) and then I just
cut-n-paste the text into the correct file - takes about a minute. I don't
bill for that time. If the file is not set up correctly, I reply to them
telling them to fix it.

Thanks, Rod. What I'm looking for is a way to have client Outlook Express
and Outlook machines use a single, up-to-the minute email (and optionally
telephone) directory, so I don't have to distribute a new list to each
client every time one address changes. I know it can be done with exchange,
but can it be done in Imail? (I tried running LDAP and that worked to a
degree, but you have to browse too much for each address in Outlook. I also
see reference to 'Shared Contacts' in Outlook Express, but don't know if
that's what I want, either.)
