Hi people!
Has Ipswitch anounced how much is v7.0 gonna cost? regardless of service
agreement.
Don't recent imail 6.06 customers have the rigth to an upgrade?
I think they do...

I agree completely. I have been a customer since v3 and Ipswitch was
extremely responsive and generally helpful. I was disappointed in the
pricing model change when they went to v5. Because of this we backed out of
the webvar program and stopped recommending Imail to our customers. We
continue to use the product and have finally purchased a service contract
(all the time feeling like we are being held hostage). I would have changed
products a long time ago but we had an investment in Imail and I hate to
mess with something as long as it's working but . . . sooner or later it
will come to an end. I long for the days when IPswitch didn't consider it's
self such a "big dog". IPswitch, please remember where you came from and
who brought you to the dance.
