If the messages with the receipts are being viewed via Web Messaging, the
return receipts will not work! Web Messaging does not support Return
Receipts, as far as I know anyway.

It's actually the "Refuse NULL <> Senders" setting (in IMail Administrator,
on the SMTP Security tab). You should NOT have that checked. If you do,
you will not be able to receive bounce messages or return receipts.
