Just add a domain alias and let your users know about the change, so that
they do the change themselves.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Need help on easiest easy to migrate a domain...
I need help from some of the pros on this board on how to migrate or
integrate from one domain name to another in Imail.
The scenario is this: For the the past several years we have used the
domain creative-color.com for our main business. mail.creative-color.com
is setup in Imail as the official host name with a fixed IP.
I have now acquired the name creativecolor.com from its current owner.
(note the lack of a "-")
My intent is to migrate all mail.creative-color.com mail over to
mail.creativecolor.com as easily as possible.
What is the best way to do this on the Imail server and on DNS?
Is there a way to do it so that I can gradually change all my desktop users
over to the new address, but still have mail addressed to either one still
get through?
At the end of the day we want to only use creativecolor.com and will
probably mothball creative-color.com, but I know that mail will still come
to creative-color.com for quite a while so I need a way to have it still get
to the intended recipients.
I'm hopeful that there is an easy way through DNS and maybe editing the
imail configuration somehow.
Please, any ideas or helps appreciated.
