Just out of curiosity, what happens if you create a new account on the
server and check it via POP3/SMTP or WWW?  Does it load up immediately or
does it still take same amount of time?  This will help determine if it's
the service or mailbox.  Also, are you sure you ran the mailbox conversion
utility after upgrading to v7.x...?  This conversion according to IPSwitch
helps in performance when loading the mailbox, etc.
