Hi all. I got a bat file and a pif file as attachments today. I've
noticed that everyone here uses quotes in the
filename=".*\.extension" and name=".*\.extension" rules.
However the body of the e-mails I received came though without the
quotes. I'll replace the extension with xxx so it gets to y'all. This
is what it looked like in my e-mail and I'm wondering whether my mail
client strips out the quotes or the sender's mail program sends
without them.
Content-Type: application/mixed; name=shelly.xxx.xxx
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=shelly.xxx.xxx
By the way, my wife also got a pif and her's didn't have the quotes
in them either.
Anyway, I've since duplicated all my rules without the quotes. Any comments?
