I'm using IMail 7.02 Evaluation
 
I'm fairly new to IMail - I like what I see so far however:
 
I set up a number of accounts on a domain and sent tests etc. All was fine until I received a call from a client saying that he sent an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] but [EMAIL PROTECTED] downloaded it into his inbox in Outlook Express. The email shows up in IMail in the correct user's account but won't download in Outlook Express - I presume because it has already been downloaded by someone else.
 
I've checked settings in Outlook Express and everything is fine.
 
Firstly does anyone know why this is happening and secondly does the hotfix 2 sort the problem out?
 
I tried to install the Hotfix but the following error message appeared:
 
"Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."
 
Could this be because it's an evaluation version of IMail 7.02
 
Any help would be much appreciated!
