I am in the process of installing Imail 7 for a client using the
Killerwebmail templates and I am having some issues.
1. Is it just me or does the spell check really suck? I never looked
at the one that was in 6 because of the reliance on IIS to use it, but
this java one is bogus. How many times do we have to accidentally hit the the
"x" and lose the message completely? Users being what they are, this
is a big problem.
2. Has anyone added a better dictionary to the spell checker? How
big/complete is the one you would buy from Winter Tree Software
compared to the one that Ipswitch ships with the product?
3. Using webmail (HKSI or built in same problem), how do you set the
default actions for each user? I want it by default to save every
outgoing message in the sent folder (looks to be off by default), and
every deleted message to the deleted folder (also off). Is there a way
to set some of the options in webmail globally?
