I wonder why you don't try the software yourself instead of being negative.
After all, it does come with a 30 money back guarantee.

I have been on this list for about 18 months now. I chose Declude after
having read many good things about it from a variety of poeple on this list.
If you really look at your options, it has definate benefits. I have had it
installed now for just over a week and it has caught well over 500 virus
laden messages.

Tech supoort was great. I had a couple of questions and one very small
problem. Scott answered them with in a couple of hours each time and was
right on with the solution. Try getting that from Mcafee, if you can get
them to answer the phone without a credit card number.
