I don't think it is a hack.
I never saw this on my own server before applying the patches for Imail 7.0,
once patched this started to show up.
So to satisfy myself after seeing a few posts like this. I rolled back to
the original Imail 7.0, left it running for 4 days this way and never saw
one instance.
So... This is where I come to the opinion of it not being a hack.
