Yes, they are reaching the correct DNS Servers.

Yes, IntelOnline.com is our new provider and we had NetSol to update
their DNS entries weeks earlier.  So, they are reaching the correct DNS
server. 


Well, we've also pinpointed out the issue. In the IMail Server
configuration of the SMTP server, I noticed that in the Domain Name
Server address, there were 2 IP addresses that was not part of the DNS
IPs that were provided to us by our new host. I changed them to the
correct IPs and behold, all mails were going through with ease. I'll
keep an eye out for this and keep you posted if anything else needs to
be changed.
