Did you stop/restart the IMail SMTP service?  I think that "Apply" doesn't 
actually apply in some places.

Declude scans the E-mail before IMail's rules take effect.

You might want to try the IMail Kill List (on the SMTP Security tab), and 
entry [EMAIL PROTECTED] there.  That will get processed before 
Declude gets a chance to scan the E-mail.
