I'm not familiar with that program, but one possibility is that it those
are forwarded E-mails.

FYI, refusing NULL senders means that you are refusing bounce messages
(which can make other postmasters mad) and delivery status
notifications. Some systems now use www.rfc-ignorant.org to block E-mail
from servers that refuse E-mail from the NULL sender.

That could well be forwarding. If it were a spammer that had hijacked your
server, he almost certainly would only send one E-mail to each
address. So, if it is listed in the top recipients, it is likely someone
who has their E-mail forwarding to another address.

Good! That's the best way to help prevent spammers from using your mail
server. If that *is* spam in your report, it would be from your users,
which would be easily traceable.
