Yes.

Not at all.

Not that I can tell.
The mail to fax option is very limited. It only will send a plain text
message. HTML and file attachments do not work at all. You need to have a
GOOD modem (old used USR Courier external modems work great and you can pick
them up cheap on Ebay). Winmodems and the like will not work well if at all.
