H=\sdate\: .+:NUL

This is a case sensitive check for the date header. Sircam uses a lower
case 'd' in the date header. A grep through my last 4 years of email shows
that no email contains a lower case date header except for sircam. This
works with imail 7.x. I do not recall having the option to be case
sensitive in previous versions but I could be wrong. You may wish to have
the rule dump to a mail box instead of null, so that you can verify that
it is working.
