[IMail Forum] issues with 7.03 the saga continues

Well i have fixed the Mysql issue thanks to this group i am now looking to see if i 
can fix an issue reguarding users who can logon but cannot see there mail until i make 
them an Imail Admin...(which i Obviously cannot do) does anyone know of a fix for this?
