Check to see if the list is a member of itself. Also check to see if it is a member
of the other lists that it is sending to. This would generate duplicate messages
example:
list a has a member list b, list c
on list c list a is also a member
or
list a has itself or the it's owner on the list so sending to list a would generate a
message to list a and therefore the duplicat messages
