I had the same problem.
Everytime I tried to manually create a user by adding them to the MySQL
table I had created, but it keep removing the '\'.
What did I do ?
I just use '/' instead of '\'.

Ryan
If you don't have programing experience to compile the source code that
IPSwitch makes available then . . . There is an ODBCUSER.DLL that has
been
compiled to work with MYSQL and IMail.

Subject: [IMail Forum] NEED HELP WITH MYSQL!!
Ok I haven't recieved a response so I don't know if my message was sent
so
here I go again
I have huge problems after upgrading to 7.03
first my users can logon but not see their mail
second new customers are not setup propperly(their folders)
insterad of f:\Imal\users\username i get f:\imailusersusername
I am running mysql and have been informed by ipswitch that i need to
edit
the ODBCUSER.DLL to send the "/" instead of the "\" but i cannot find
where
(or how) to do this. This is pretty much a network down emergancy.
PLEASE HELP
Ryan
