Please apply the IMail Server 7.03 Hotfix 1.

This hotfix for IMail Server 7.03 addresses an issue in SMTP32.exe where
MX queries could exceeded the maximum packet length for UDP queries.
SMTP32.exe is updated by this hotfix.
