Thomas - I seem to remember that when we first started using an Access db,
we found the information about the needed Access fields within a release
notes document which was located within the Imail directory after it was
installed. You might try checking that source & see if you can locate it.
If you don't want to deal with manually setting up the db, you should be
able to have Imail automatically create the database tables you need.
First, create a blank Access db and store it somewhere on your Imail server.
Next, point an ODBC datasource to the new Access db that you just created.
Third, open the Imail admin application, select a mail server, tell it to
use ODBC for storing it's user information (see the Imail user manual for
this process), and tell it the ODBC datasource name you're using as well as
the name of the db table you'd like to create. Imail should then
automatically create that table with all the needed fields.

Can somebody please help me by telling me how a record should look like.
That is, what fields, their name, and format.
