[IMail Forum] OT: Declude for FTP?

Hello...slightly off topic question.

Is there any such thing as a Declude-type app for a ftp server? something 
that would scan a message uploaded to the server and deny any found 
viruses? Haven't experimented, would just installing an antivirus program 
on the server do it?
