If the attachments are not being delivered, but the E-mail itself is, it's
not an IMail issue. IMail doesn't have the ability to strip off
attachments. If you are using a firewall, that would be the first place to
check.
If the E-mail itself is being deleted or never delivered, then you can
check the IMail logs to get a better idea of what is happening (you can see
the size of the E-mail in the logs, for example).
