I think newcomers to the list don't actually realize that people answering these
questions are not members of the Ipswitch staff and therefore expect answers to even
relatively simple questions without any sarcasm. The reality is that the members of
this list are all recipients of Ipswitch's poor support and the veterans although like
helping out newbies get tired of answering questions that are easily found in the
manual. Maybe Ipswitch should put a disclaimer when people sign up for this list
like.
Ipswitch does not answer emails for support if you happen to find someone that is
willing to help you then that person obviously does not work for us. We in no way
intend or imply and thoughts of care or concern on our part. Please feel free to fend
for your self as the people that help you are not being paid to do so.
