As a secondary point on this sort of a problem.  We have a found that if
they are using one of the Outlook family of mail clients, they can set the
server time outs to 5 minutes and the program will D/L some of those large
attachments, rather than having to try to access them through the web
interface or just deleting them.  A lot of the business customers just
aren't savvy enough to go to the web interface or are just not comfortable
with it.
