MSN is often hard to reach, but in this case, there is a problem with
IMail's DNS resolver that is causing problems getting mail to MSN. There
is a hotfix that should take care of it.

They don't have much time to deal with mail issues, given the volumes of
people that have trouble sending them mail, combined with the fact that
they have so many mail servers that if some are down mail will still get
through.

Be careful, that means that spammers need to use a fake address on your
domain in order to send mail. That just means more work for you when they
hijack your server. You want "Relay for Addresses" or "No mail relay"
(people can use SMTP AUTH).
