I have a client in the Minnesota area that is getting the following error when trying to send mail through their pop account: tcp/ip connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server error: 0x800cc0f They have all rebooted and all continue to get this problem. They can download mail fine. They can also logon to the web based email client and send mail fine. The problem started today, they have been using the server for about 3 months with no problems and I have not made any changes (I have not logged on to the server, really). I have clients in California, DC, and Florida and none of them are having problems. Is this my problem, or is it their providers problem. or is it a software problem internally? They are connected through dsl which comes into a router and then is spread out through the office. I suggested turning off their router and dsl and then turning them back on, all this did was scare them. thanks, kaigler Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
