Run "Relay for Addresses", then enter the addresses of the servers that have
forms on them into the allowed IP address list for this service under SMTP
Security and they will be able to send mail fine. Any users that access the
Internet with dynamic IP's should send email from the SMTP server of their
ISP, not yours. We struggled with telling our customers to do this but it is
really the only way.

If you use the Imail db you could have them use SMTP authentication but it
can be tricky to get working right. We had to give up that "feature" when we
changed to an external db.

Subject: [IMail Forum] SMPT Authentication for Website form scripts?
