I ran into the same thing. I just changed the web template to read email address instead of user name and most people don't have a problem putting it in.

Hi, When having multiple domains running on IMail, is there a way (or does anyone have an html-template for it) that you can just type in the username and select the domain from a dropdown-list, instead of writing the entire email address when logging in. I know this isn't a major problem, but would really give the interface a lift up.
