Hi - I'm new on the list, I am having problems with the web messaging part of IMAIL - sometimes when a user logs in and then clicks on a menu button they automatically get redirected to the login screen again. However when they "refresh" their browser they get the correct page. This is very erratic - sometimes it happens and sometimes not. I think it may be to do with registry entries.
I recently moved our IMAIL application to a new web host without creating a backup of the registry - I did however have a backup of the mailboxes. I set up the users with the same usernames but moved the old mailboxes into the new user directories. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there a solution? Any suggestions? Thanks Richard.
