I looked at IEMS from International Messaging Associates (http://www.ima.com) and found their product to be very stable. But their Web messaging lacks many features such as the ability to have an address book. They were my number two choice from Imail due to the fact that they had connections into a cc:Mail database since we were migrating from cc:Mail.
Their documentation was not as what I was hoping for since it concentrated more on the internals of the product rather than on its use. They do, however list in their release notes, problems with their product that have not yet been resolved. No secrets kept. Finally, although their phone support was very good, 1) they are located in the Philippines (there is a toll free 800 number) that that means that since I'm in Boston, their on the other side of the globe and I'm sure to get someone on 3rd shift who may not be a happy camper with those hours. 2) English does not seem to be their 1st language. <editorial>As politically incorrect this may sound, Diversity is not high on my priority list and therefore being able to speak English is important to me.
