I don't believe there is a way to do this (we've had a few people ask us
before).  It would be pretty easy to write a program to find all the
mailboxes with the virus in it (assuming there is a string found only in
the E-mails with the virus), but to take it out would be tricky (for
example, it would require locking the mailbox).

If someone has developed such a utility, be sure to speak up.
