Totally agree, not only is it a cost issue but even more important a product support issue. Even if they were equally priced (Imail AV / Declude) we'd still go with Declude. Actually, the only reason we remain with Imail is because of Declude, Ron's Templates and HKSI Answertrack. If they make their products available on other mail server platforms I'd be more than happy to abandon Imail (been waiting for months for a Ipswitch bug fix where max users is reported incorrectly)
