I am the postmaster for a city. We have to keep a copy of all email that is sent to/from the city email accounts. I have found in the KB from ipswitch on how to do this. I now have it going to a mail box [EMAIL PROTECTED] . We would like to be able to back this up in some kind of standard format on another device(ie tape,cd, hdd). THe only way I can think of doing it so that we would be able to see all the mail is to setup a machine to send/receive this mail box once a week or so in Outlook Express. then back it up form there. If anyone has any other idea or has a soluion just let me know.
