I just updated a rules.ima file for a client based on the current config in the Ipswitch KB on filtering lovebug. Its set to NUL. The rules are applying, but for some reason an automated response is being sent back to the offending sender. It's a blank message. Is this normal? I don't see anything on this anywhere in the docs.
