In their definition, PDA means Palm OS. Palm OS is the sole user of ICAL. Any Pocket PC/WinCE based PDA uses Outlook and the web calendar does not work with Outlook. Also, if you are NOT a PDA user and want to have access to your Outlook Calendar while on the road, you cannot even do that. As another user stated, it is a gimmick for the features list.
