Hello all,

I need to tap the collective here. We are currently running a
production I-mail 6.06 server, and have a I-mail 7 server in buildup.
We wish to use SSL connections exclusively, but we are having some
customers who are consistently getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors
as soon as they accept our I-mail self signed certificate. We have
enough of them that it's not a single isolated incident, but we also
cannot reproduce the error. They are running the correct version
browser, their browser settings are set to medium, we are running SSL on
port 443, and there does not appear to be a single ISP that is causing
this. I am close to stumped here. Does anyone have any ideas to offer
on why some people cannot connect with SSL, but connect fine unsecured,
and some people have no trouble either way? We are running the KWM
Templates, though I understand that that's not really relevant to the
SSL issues...

I set up a list server for an Imail user in LaLaLand, his customer sent
175k msgs, with 1000's to earth sometthing or other. boom, all their
MX's
started refusing with "unknown user" but if you telnetted from another
ip,
sent mail to the unknown user, it was accepted.

anything's possible.

that doesn't help,

telnet to the MX from an ip different from your Imail ip to see if
they've
blacklisted imail's ip.
