This isn't a reverse DNS lookup issue. They are expecting that the host
name you send in your HELO/EHLO text be a valid host listed in DNS (which
is *should* be, but in practice often isn't). I know that the SIMS
mailserver has a problem with this. I believe that the RFCs state that a
mail server can't reject mail based on the HELO/EHLO text.
