'dig'ing qwest.net yields eight MX records all at the same priority
level with names of the form mail#.uswest.net.
All those hosts have an IP address in the 63.226.138.* range.
Reversing 204.147.80.81 comes back as www.uswest.net.
I'd suspect some sort of DNS problem if the same sort of thing is
happening to all the domains although I've got no guess on what type
of failure would result in that type of symptom.
