Regedit. Back it up. Go here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains
Find the key with the Public IP Set the string called Official set it to mail.whatever.com Then find the key with the domain in question. Set the address to the Public IP. Go in IAdmin and setup the host aliases. restart all running services.
