Daniel, Running two or more sets of templates on one domain used to work well in IMail 6 and an external user db, but now it doesn't work well in IMail 7. In fact, we haven't got it figured out, and may never, since Ipswitch changed the way the user's db interacts with the template paths.
So, you either have to stick with v6, or move your Spanish users to another domain (spanish.emergency24.com?).
