Good; that or "Relay for Addresses" will close the open relay.

That's because you've set up IMail NOT to allow relaying.  So they can't relay.

Doesn't relay mean that you are simply going to send to someone outside of your mail server?

 

In order for them to relay mail through your server, you'll need to set
them up to use SMTP AUTH.

You are referring to using SMTP Authentication on their client correct? We do this in 3 different client Outlook, Netscape and Eudora. All yield the same results.

AT&T lies.  They DO block port 25.  It sounds like either you have lucked
out and are on routes that don't block, or perhaps they now are
sophisticated enough to only block on certain accounts.
