These are the two clues. The "X-Mailer: <IMail v6.05>" indicates that you
are using web messaging to send out the E-mail. The "-Sent" in the address
is the folder that IMail's web messaging uses to store sent E-mail. It
sounds like your web messaging account is set up to save a copy of sent
E-mail, but something is going wrong when delivering it.
I believe the problem is that it is using "mail.purenet.com.eg" as the
domain, but your mail server doesn't accept mail delivered to
@mail.purenet.com.eg (only to @purenet.com.eg).
To solve the problem, you will either need to figure out why web messaging
is using @mail.purenet.com.eg (if you don't want to accept mail to
@mail.purenet.com.eg), or why IMail isn't accepting mail to
@mail.purenet.com.eg (if you do want to accept mail to @mail.purenet.com.eg).
