Andrey,
I have recently asked the same question and the answer I got from Imail support is that the MX record should not point to an IP address.  I have just changed the record so I don't know yet if it fixed the problem.

Subject: [IMail Forum] problem sending mail to particular domain

Hi everyone. One of our customers is having a problem sending mail to a particular domain.

After having tested the situation we know:

1. there is no problem sending from our Exchange server
2. there is a problem sending from Imail servers

also the nslookup of destination domain returns:

> compleat.com
Server:  ns1.internet-dns.net
Address:  208.238.102.2

Non-authoritative answer:
compleat.com    MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = 64.220.125.210

compleat.com    nameserver = NS2.RACKSPACE.com
compleat.com    nameserver = NS.RACKSPACE.com
NS2.RACKSPACE.com       internet address = 207.71.44.121
NS.RACKSPACE.com        internet address = 207.235.16.2

The MX record is pointing directly to an IP address.

Does Imail not like this?
