Kevin, > I need to have a copy of one particular user's incoming and outgoing mail > copied to another user's box.
The process of copying incoming mail is relatively easy. Open Imail Administrator, navigate to the appropriate domain/user, add the e-mail address(where the mail is to be copied)in the "Forward:" field. If you want to retain a copy of the mail in the original user's box put a ".," without the quotes before the address. The outgoing copy is a little tricky. Open Imail Administrator, navigate to the SMTP Service Security screen and check the box marked copy all mail after entering the address to receive the outgoing copy. Next, create a rules file for that user's directory that deletes all mail except messages with the original user's address in the "From" field. This works "on paper", but sometimes that doesn't matter to Imail :-) F!~originaluser@domain\.com:NUL This is just a suggestion. If you decide to use this method, please test it thoroughly. I have never attempted this yet. I'm sure someone out there has figured out an easier way. Also, if your mail server handles a lot of domains and/or users that generate a lot of traffic, you probably won't want to copy all mail (unless you run a monster server). Good luck.
