Hi Scott,

Okay, so if I am reading between the lines correctly, the GUI sounds totally perfect 
for me.  Notepad is all powerful!  Notepad is my friend. :)  I'm sure I'll have no 
problem with it.

However, if I want to have a more "dummy proof" interface for our help desk and 
customer service staff, I might want to get busy and write up some ASP scripts for 
them.  Right?  That way I can provide them with the ability to configure spam or virus 
filtering for a customer on a per domain or per user basis with web interface so 
they're not screwing around with the raw text config files and/or waiting for me to do 
it for them.
