Hi Scott, Okay, so if I am reading between the lines correctly, the GUI sounds totally perfect for me. Notepad is all powerful! Notepad is my friend. :) I'm sure I'll have no problem with it. However, if I want to have a more "dummy proof" interface for our help desk and customer service staff, I might want to get busy and write up some ASP scripts for them. Right? That way I can provide them with the ability to configure spam or virus filtering for a customer on a per domain or per user basis with web interface so they're not screwing around with the raw text config files and/or waiting for me to do it for them.
