Noting that the three sets of headers are identical (except for the
POP3 X-UIDLs) my guess is its using the first 'RCPT TO:' to form the
'X-RCPT-TO' when creating the Qf98b21a.SMD file. Then when delivering
it just inserts that email into the three users main mailboxes.
I don't think there's an RFC requiring or describing a X-RCPT-TO header,
does anybody know of one?
