You know you can deny them pop access. I used to do something like this when
I worked for Orlando.com

Webmail is free.

Pop --- we want to charge for.  

When they go to webmail they see the url, which anyone with a half a
brain can figure out that this also works for pop.

(however I agree many people on the net are working with less than 1/2)


Randy keeps telling me that 

" selecting "disable access" just shuts down POP"

But I do that and it shuts down the whole account.
