If there is a D*.SMD file with no matching Q*.SMD file, it's a
"double-bounce" (it couldn't be delivered to the recipient, or bounced to
the sender). It's normal to occasionally see those.
Note that after a reboot, IMail will still "work the queue". IMail doesn't
keep any information about the queue in memory, it's all sitting in the
queue. So it shouldn't matter whether or not a reboot occured recently.
