Question is which end is timing out? If they are using Outlook/Outlook
Express, try going into the individual account settings on the client side
and setting it up to 5 minutes. The default is only 1 minute. This has
worked for us for some clients who get large file attachments sent to them.
Mostly .SWF files containing jokes and suck. Damn JoeCartoon.com, if they
weren't so funny I'd filter them all.

can find nowhere in the documentation about how to increase this setting. I
have about 3000 email accounts on my server.
